At Collars & Co., we want you to look and feel your best in our signature Dress Collar Polo. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
